Can APR WBBC and REG WBBC Reach the Final in Betpawa Playoffs 2024?

On September 29, 2024, at Petit Stade Amahoro in Remera, the second game of the semifinals took place in a five-game series where teams compete to win three games to reach the final of Betpawa Playoffs 2024.The first game occurred on September 27, 2024, where APR WBBC defeated G.S.M. Reine Rwaza WBBC, and REG WBBC won against Kepler WBBC.

At the end of first game, it was evident that REG and APR were strong and would likely not need all five games planned in the semifinals. As expected, REG WBBC again defeated Kepler WBBC, confirming their chances to play in the final of BetPawa Playoffs 2024.

It was anticipated that the game between Kepler WBBC and REG WBBC would be surprising. After Kepler WBBC lost the first game by a score difference of 60 points, they struggled to enter the game. The first quarter ended with REG WBBC leading 11-15. In the second quarter, REG WBBC continued to lead, finishing with a score of 29-17. At halftime, REG WBBC led with a score of 44-28.

REG WBBC continued to maintain their lead, ending the third quarter with a score of 17-13.

In the final quarter, REG WBBC maintained their lead as they had in the first two quarters. The game concluded with REG WBBC defeating Kepler WBBC by a score of 78-51.

After winning this second game, REG WBBC increased their chances of reaching the final. If they win the third game, they will immediately qualify to play in the final of Betpawa Playoffs 2024.

Another game that happened earlier was between G.S.M. Reine Rwaza WBBC and APR WBBC. It started well for G.S.M. Reine, surprising APR WBBC by winning the first quarter 15-12.

In the second quarter, APR WBBC returned with strength, easily winning that quarter with a score of 13-4. At halftime, APR WBBC led with a score of 26-19.
